Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from your first Dotflight Pro purchase within 14 days of buying it, and you get back everything you paid - even if you have used Pro. Fill in the form and press Confirm withdrawal. We email you an acknowledgement with the date and time we received it.

Only want to stop future payments? You can also simply cancel in the customer portal; Pro then runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

You can also withdraw by emailing a clear statement to dotflights@gmail.com. What you enter here is used only to handle your withdrawal - see the privacy notice.
