Questions about paying
What counts as a scan?
One press of Start scan in the Dotflight panel, whatever the window - a single day or a whole month, one way or both. It counts when the scan starts. Seat alerts checking in the background never count; they are part of Pro.
When do my free scans come back?
On the first day of each calendar month. The count is kept in your browser, per browser.
How do I switch Pro on?
After you buy, a licence key arrives by email. Click the Dotflight icon in Chrome's toolbar, choose Enter licence key, and paste it in. One key works in up to 3 browsers.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in the customer portal (sign in with the email you bought with), or by writing to dotflights@gmail.com. Pro stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first purchase you can withdraw and get everything back, even if you have used Pro: Withdraw from contract here. And if Dotflight stops working for more than 7 days in a row - for example because SAS changes its site - you can ask for the unused part of your subscription back.
Who takes the payment?
Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. It handles the card payment and VAT and sends your receipt. Dotflight never sees your card details.
Is Dotflight part of SAS?
No. Dotflight is an independent tool, not affiliated with or endorsed by SAS. You pay for the tool; award seats are booked and paid for with SAS as usual.
