Terms of service
Last updated 29 September 2026. These terms are available in English and Swedish; both versions are equally valid.
1. Who we are
Dotflight is run by its developer and can be reached at dotflights@gmail.com. The name, address and registration of the business selling Dotflight Pro will be published here before Pro goes on sale.
"Dotflight", "we" and "us" mean the business above. "You" means the person using Dotflight. These terms cover the Dotflight browser extension and dotflight.se.
2. What Dotflight is - and is not
- Dotflight is a tool that, in your own browser, asks SAS's website about award seats across a range of dates and shows you the answers. It works with your own EuroBonus account, which you log in to on SAS's website yourself.
- Dotflight is independent. It is not made, affiliated with, endorsed or supported by SAS. EuroBonus is a trademark of SAS, used here only to describe what Dotflight works with.
- Dotflight shows what SAS answers at the moment of a scan. It does not guarantee that seats are available, that prices are correct or that a booking will succeed. Bookings are made, paid for and governed between you and SAS, on SAS's website and under SAS's terms. Dotflight never books, pays or changes anything in your SAS account.
- SAS's own terms apply to your use of SAS's website. Dotflight is built to behave like a person using SAS's booking page: one question at a time, a little over a second apart. Even so, SAS decides how its website may be used and could limit or block access, including to your account. You choose whether to use Dotflight with your account.
- SAS can change its website at any time, which can stop Dotflight working until we adapt it. See section 7 for what happens to a paid plan then.
3. Plans
- Free: 2 scans per calendar month, per browser. A scan is one press of Start scan, counted when it starts.
- Pro: unlimited scans and seat alerts (up to 10 saved searches that Dotflight checks again on the schedule you choose while your browser is open). Pro costs €5.99 per month or €49 per year. Prices include VAT and are shown before you buy.
- "Unlimited" is for one person's own use. To protect SAS's website and your account, Dotflight always paces its questions, and we may limit use that is clearly automated or commercial (see section 8).
4. Buying Pro
- Pro is sold through Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy takes the payment, charges VAT and issues your receipt, and its checkout terms apply to the payment. We never see your card details.
- The contract for Pro is concluded when your payment is confirmed. You then receive a licence key by email; it switches Pro on in up to 3 browsers. Keep it to yourself.
5. Renewal and cancellation
- Pro renews automatically at the end of each month or year, at the price you agreed to, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in the customer portal or by emailing dotflights@gmail.com. Pro then stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Apart from sections 6 and 7, periods already started are not refunded.
- If we change the price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before your next renewal. The new price only applies from the renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it.
6. Your right to withdraw - and our money-back promise
- You may withdraw from your first Pro purchase within 14 days of buying it, without giving a reason.
- We go further than the law requires: you get back everything you paid, even if you have already used Pro during those 14 days.
- To withdraw, use Withdraw from contract here - available on every page of dotflight.se - or email dotflights@gmail.com with a clear statement that you withdraw. You will get an acknowledgement by email with the date and time we received it.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same means of payment you used, at no cost to you. Pro stops when the refund is made.
7. If Dotflight stops working
We keep Dotflight working and fix problems as soon as we reasonably can. If Pro cannot be used for more than 7 days in a row - for example because SAS has changed its website - you may ask for a refund of the unused part of your current period, and you may cancel at once. Your rights under consumer law for a digital service that is not as agreed are not affected.
8. Fair use
You may use Dotflight for your own travel planning. Please do not:
- resell Dotflight, its results or your licence, or use it to run a service for others;
- share your licence key beyond your own browsers, or get around the free-scan limit or the licence check;
- change Dotflight to ask SAS faster or more often than it does, or use it in a way that could harm SAS's website or other people's access to it.
If you break these rules we may, after telling you and giving you the chance to stop where that is reasonable, switch off your licence. If we do so without it being your fault, we refund the unused part of your period.
9. Responsibility
- We provide Dotflight with reasonable care and skill.
- We are not responsible for what SAS does - its seats, prices, bookings, website or decisions about your account - or for seats that were gone by the time you tried to book.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.
10. Your data
How Dotflight handles data is described in the privacy notice.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when Dotflight or the law changes. For Pro customers, changes that are not purely to your advantage take effect at your next renewal after at least 30 days' notice by email; if you do not accept them, you can cancel before then.
12. Law and disputes
- Swedish law applies. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country.
- If something goes wrong, please contact us first at dotflights@gmail.com - we answer and try to put it right.
- Consumers in Sweden can also take a dispute to the National Board for Consumer Disputes, Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (ARN), and we will take part. Consumers elsewhere in the EU can get free help from the European Consumer Centre in their country. Disputes can also go to a Swedish court, or to the courts where you live if you are a consumer.
